By accessing or using our services as a merchant or customer, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
• You must comply with all applicable Indian laws.

Merchants must provide accurate personal, business, banking and KYC details as required by RBI.

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and account activity.

WavexPay provides a secure online payment gateway enabling transactions via:

• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• UPI & other supported payment modes

Transaction fees depend on payment type and volume and are disclosed during onboarding.

• Fees apply per successful transaction
• Chargebacks & refunds may incur additional charges

WavexPay follows industry best practices and is compliant with PCI-DSS standards.

However, users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

• Fraudulent or illegal transactions
• Violation of RBI or Indian laws
• False chargebacks
• Abuse or disruption of platform services

WavexPay shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability is limited to the transaction fees paid for the relevant transaction.

WavexPay may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

Users may request termination at any time by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to courts located in India.
